EEOC required you to hold job open for 30 days, to encourage minority applicants. But you could easily waive that requirement. She refused to waive it.

So Ross, Cooper, and Pat Dye all wanted the job but wouldn’t wait 30 days.

So we got Woody’s Wagon instead.
