We are not to love the "gifts we were given". I love the giver of those gifts.

Man was given dominion over creation. Dominion does not require love.

I am to love my fellow man because he was made in the image of God, and I am to love as my Father loves. I am REQUIRED to follow the commandment of Christ to love others as He loved me and to even love my enemies (which means don't kill them even if they are wearing the uniform of my nation's enemy, right)?
