Ironically it was part of a deal made with Rams Owner Georgia Frontiere in 2005, the first time the Dome Top Tier status came into question.

STL would re-turf the field and put a new scoreboard in. In return, the Rams agreed to push the top tier clause to 2015.

I’m not sure which year they actually made the renovations.

When the Rams moved after 2015, the turf was something Kroenke cited as a reason the city failed the team.

It did and does look gross.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
