Most softball games I have watched in the past few years usually run between 2 to 2 1/2 hours and I would say that goes close to a 2 1/4 average.
When I played, games usually ran 1 - 1 1/2 hrs. I figure that was due to no replays, no commercials, catcher's calling the pitches, no coaching during games other than pitching changes if there even was one.
