With the exception of 2013 (Florida and Georgia were down), if you take a look at the time we have been in the SEC, it is obvious that we have and always will be in over our heads (more so now with Texas and Oklahoma joining the conference).
It’s just a fact…we do not have the winning tradition, coaching bloodlines, alumni support, and facilities to compete with the SEC schools. It has almost become that for basketball as well. That being said, I think the best we can hope for each year is a 7-5 record.
