but you are correct - Jesus is very specific - you need to put your faith in Him to end up in heaven for eternity (and even atheist historians and writers acknowledge that Jesus Christ existed; that he performed (their words) acts of magic (miracles); that he was crucified, and (here's the key point) his body was never recovered.)

All anyone would have had to do was to show up the dead body - and Christianity would have never been. But they didn't - because the body was no longer there - Jesus was risen - death had no power over him - and he paid the price for all of our sins on that cross.

A great book I would recommend "I don't have enough faith to be an atheist: - Frank Turek and Norm Geisler - goes through science, archeology, eye witness accounts, - it all points to Jesus being exactly who He told us He was.
