the same schools that held traditional advantages (facilities, prestige, recruiting budgets) most likely also hold the same advantages when it comes to NIL opportunities for prospects

So, there really isn't any way to know one way or another.

But, I'm sure someone as connected and plugged in as you are knows for sure though.
