You can say it over and over again, but Cognitive Dissonance is real.

The number of supporters of TFG I know, who STILL make excuses for him, and STILL think he's "one of us", is staggering.

The guy has been and always will be a con-man, and the GOP has been dumb enough to believe he's one of them.

Trump is as likely to become a Democrat and run against Biden in the '24 primary, as he is to ever do anything selfless for the GOP.
