Nor are they Biden's fault. In my opinion, it's all the predictable outcome of shutting down the economy for over a year. Biden's rhetoric has been his own worst enemy and he needs to tone it down but he has done little to have an impact on oil prices. If he stayed in power for 8 years and his actions matched his rhetoric, then you might see some repercussions but his bit is far worse than his bite for the moment.
