I'm sure we all appreciate the time and effort you put into your multi sentenced response, but it does not deal in any way with the issue of black physicians.

Take a rest for a couple hours. Maybe get something to eat. And try again when you muster the energy to tell us how government constrains the supply of black doctors.

If it's too much trouble or too difficult, and it probably is, just respond with, "irony", or "strawman", or "wrong board".
