position of the many courts that have addressed the subject as to this particular statute and have found that Commerce Clause to be quite applicable. Perhaps you could file an Amicus brief to share your insight.

As for the meaning and breadth of the Commerce Clause you are welcome to read the volumes of books on the subject.
