all the time. Then you have to sue and win in court and prove your case. Or maybe the contracts say you go to arbitration. And maybe the contracts have an attorney fee shifting provision or maybe they don't.

And then if you get a judgment against a company, or an arbitration award you can turn into a court judgment, you have to collect.
