The parties to an NIL contract is the kid and the third party funding the deal. The school is not a party to it.

One would assume all the standard remedies in the law for breach of a personal service contract would apply.

Further, I would guess that very quickly remedies peculiar to the NIL situation would quickly become standard in NIL Agreements.

If memory serves, many states have rules that parties under twenty-one can walk from contracts.

I would guess that most disputes will be settled because the various parties won't want to wash their dirty linnen in the public eye, i.e. in trials.
