split all gate and TV revenues. Deal with the fallout and lawsuits from the non-revenue sports in due time. Lay off the AD employees to balance the budget. Make them employees with a salary cap for each school. Make it just like the NFL. If you read between the lines on Kiffin and Drinkwitz it really isn't working well.
