"Incentive" NIL Deals Allowable

NIL deals are between the player (or perhaps his legal guardian) and a third party sponsor. The school is not a party.
The value of a player's name, image and likeness would all seem to go up the more successful he is individually and his team is. Wouldn't it be to the sponsor's advantage to structure the deal to create incentives for the kid to succeed. I.e. the more success, the more money.
The deal is between the kid (and perhaps his parents) and the third party sponsor. The right to contract is quite broad. I'm not aware of anything that would preclude the kid, his parents and the sponsor building incentives into the NIL contract.
