coaching, facilities, recruiting pitch, etc.

Now it's just "show me the money"... and whichever schools have the richest boosters get all the talent.

There will certainly be more competition at the top, but the "middle class" will get crushed.

Teams like we had in '07 and '13 will be virtually impossible to build.
