UNLV is high growth, the gambling capital of the country, has excellent year round weather, hosts the PAC 12 basketball tournament and could probably play its home games in the Raiders' new stadium.

Boise State sits in the middle of an area that has grown dramatically due to a influx of Californians. It offers a reputation for pretty good football.

The final two aren't as clear cut, but Hawaii has the great weather and an exotic location and San Diego State is the lead local school in the populus San Diego area.

While it may not be an ideal expansion list, it has its attractions.
