learn. One kid who is choosing not to learn should not have the right to keep the other 20+ from doing so.

I also do not think the school district should have to hire a private tutor to pretend to teach a kid because they are so out of control they cannot function in a classroom.

That laptop that you are dismissing has access to the exact same lessons I am giving my students in class. It is not my fault that your child is incapable of functioning in that environment.
