If it isn't a coach who could care less about the classroom or a fill in teacher who doesn't care, then it is a teacher who is so unsupported by the principle that they have given up and are just completing their contract for the year.

Hell two elementary school teachers I know quit at a year end because they wouldn't allow any discipline and there was zero way teaching could happen in the class. One just did various activities to keep the kids busy and kind of learn but there was no way she could teach at a blackboard or read or anything without constant disruption. The principle even viewing the classroom did nothing
