effectively ending all death penalty cases by allowing murderers to endless keep appealing, since their previous lawyer was bad.

Which may be the left's idea of lawfare .

Afterall, they have driven the cost of a death penalty to be far more than the death penalty. on average 700K more.

yet again the left warps the law to their benefit.
