My fix for any ineffective counsel claims

If you were the attorney on a case for which a court rules your counsel was constitutionally ineffective, you are immediately disbarred and banned from practicing law in any capacity anywhere in the country. Also, an attorney who makes an ineffective counsel claim that is found to be unfounded will also be disbarred and banned.

That will stop 100% of the BS claims of ineffective counsel just to beat a conviction, and will also force attorneys to do a better job when representing people.
