Fix the rules for transfers. Transferring players must either redshirt one season at the new school, or must sit out the number of games played in the previous season. (I.e., a kid is at the end of the bench and doesn't play, he transfers and is able to play immediately. A kid who plays say 5 games in a football season would need to sit out 5 games the next season, or redshirt). Exceptions for when a coach at a school leaves. Could easily be applied to basketball as well.
