Players get drafted, just like other pro sports. The very best players have to play for the weakest teams to even things out, with one exception: #1 overall can refuse to play for ku.

Go back to only allowing graduates to transfer without sitting out a year.

Have an enforceable salary cap.

Yeah, I know, keep dreaming.
