For Softball Parents play a huge roll in the stress as well

as the culture of softball. From an early age it is almost cult like and most parents don't help.
Not all softball parents are bad at all but many many many are and I know that drive for excellence is softball's culture.... pressure, stress, anxiety are infectious.
Social media portrays perfection in a different way to ALL kids but softball was way ahead and girls especially are susceptible to it
Coaches can do things to help but it is already there by the time they get to college. It is just management of stress and anxiety at that point and good luck with that.
