After the trainwreck of a roster that CM assembled last season, we need a major upgrade in talent evaluation.

Gates has been at several levels of Division I, so he's evaluated all kinds of players. That's so important in this transfer era.

High P6: Florida State
Second-tier P6: Cal
Top-level non-P6: Nevada
Mid-level mid-major: Northern Illinois
Low-level D1: Cleveland State

Please explain why this message is being reported.
