What Gates lacks in mid-major head coaching experience, he gains with years coaching under Leonard Hamilton at a P5 school.

They're both young and did well in a short period of time. They're also both risks with very big upsides. Why they're viewed so differently is because of who we are tied to and who we aren't. People will b*tch no matter what.
