St Louis has 2 or 3 BBQ places that would firmly be in KCs top 20

KC has 3 or 4 Italian places that would firmly be in St Louis's top 20

STL has good BBQ options at the top-end, they just don't have nearly the overall depth of KC BBQ, and vice-versa with Italian.
