A private entity that has NO connection with Mizzou presumablly cut a deal with a recruit for NIL payments if the recruit goes to Mizzou. Under the current policy, Mizzou can not be involved.

The rule may not make sense or be enforceable, but its the current rule.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
