Whether or not he micro manages is something you assume. If you're an insider and most people think they are, please give examples. And to suggest he's in exclusive company b/c he got beat by a service academy while even entertaining the thought of whacking a guy who is basically .500 playing in the toughest conference in America is a little over the top.

We'll probably be about a .500 team next year, then you can start the rumors on who our next coach will be.
