it's not like he's doing or even leading the breakdowns, installs, etc. The analysts and assistants drive most of that, he just calls what he likes on Saturdays. There are only a select few HC's (Mack Brown, Herm Edwards to name a couple) that aren't heavily involved in one side of the ball or another.
He's basically Andy Reid without giving Bush Hamdan the title of OC.
And your comments about his records are just retarded. They most likely have zero correlation to the organization/division of labor of the staff.
Sorry we lost to Army with 6 defensive starters being out, get some perspective son.
