And below Barry Odom when sorting our coaches by win percentage. Hopefully he can improve if he insists on micromanaging. He's got two more years to learn how to be an SEC-level head coach while also learning how to be an SEC-level offensive coordinator. Tall order considering he's sub-.500 and getting whooped by service academies entering year 3.
I think he'll have a higher chance of succeeding if he focuses on HC and managing a staff.
