on him but cannot be faulted for aiming big. You cannot put CM in the same category. CM is, was and always has been a mediocre coach. There was nothing in his history suggesting that he would be anything more than he has been here.

CM was hired because first, he was acceptable to the Porters. Second, he was supposed to bring STL back into the fold. Third, he was expected to repair the damage done by Kim.

He only succeeded in the first and he had to do nothing to be successful in that one.
