Probably one of the biggest self inflicted blunders, although obviously they are becoming so many its difficult to keep track of, was trying to force him into a different role than we hired him for the next season causing him to leave. In terms of non-Mike Alden related self inflicted problems that is probably one of the top ones, the collapse of MU basketball certainly can be tied to that decision and it was entirely unnecessary.
