I honestly am not really seeing the results yet. After two classes, we don't seem significantly better than under Odom. Kind of like the Chiefs. Though extremely talented and on a great three-year run, they've only won one title out of that, got beaten at home in an AFC Championship Game where they couldn't stop the opponent and got the crap kicked out of them in another Super Bowl and couldn't stop the other team. It's impressive given the long drought the team went through, but disappointing when you look at how much better they are than the rest of the league except on defense.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
