Tiger Football is THE money maker for our Athletic Department, so they're right to focus on it as a great experience. Getting rid of the concrete bleacher seats is a must. Besides, the butt size of those seats is about 28 inches, and we have more than just junior high cheerleaders attending those games. Glad to see the new AD trying to make it a premium event every week. Black and Gold Fridays was a great idea. Good for her. Basketball is trickier. She's stuck with a competent yet boring coach with an unexciting style of play, resulting in small crowds and losing teams. What can she do? Best grab the baby and throw him out with the bathwater ... start all over.
