COVID wasn't Howland's fault, nor was that blown non-pushoff flop call for Geist that erased a game-winning 3 pointer and cost them a bid in 2017-2018 (and gave CM his only win against Howland to date, currently 1-5).
Actual *invites* is 1, but Howland has had tourney-worthy teams 3 of the last 4 years, and reached the NIT Finals this year. Those first two years were true rebuilds, since Howland didn't inherit Geist, Barnett, and all the recruits/transfers that followed the Porters to MU.
