Remote jobs are also proving you don’t need as many people. The next phase for corporations will be to consolidate the remote workers - after all, they can do more with less.

On-site, in person jobs will be the premium, for the most efficient workers. Those that can do both- work anywhere remotely AND interact face to face with people.
