Should well run, honestly run cities spend their money to subsidize and support jurisdictions that are poorly run or corrupt?
Should there be a penalty for cities that are demonstrably corrupt and counterproductive?
No one gets arrested, hell no one even gets voted out of office in most liberal corrupt cities. Perhaps if we let them sink of their own dead weight, improvements would be made.
Propping up corrupt governments has not worked for over half a century.
