hate speech.

We have hate crime laws which generally involve the spew in addition to other criminal acts.

Although i believe i have read about hate crimes with nothing more than words.

And certainly while not legally mandated, corporate and academic america has effectively "outlawed" speech with which they do not agree and that is generally but not exclusively, related to race.
