Not in the million dollar house range, but an area that has mostly 20-35 year old houses....2,000-3,000 sq ft family homes....all different styles, nice neigborhood that sells fairly fast. guess you could call it mid to upper middle class, but not middle class that wants to look rich and go into debt type.
