happened in Denver. 17 planes in front of us on the tarmac waiting to take off, stuck outside our gate for an hour waiting to deplane because they can't figure out how to get the plane at the gate out because we're in their way, hail storm causing an hour and a half delay to speak to a ticket agent...just crazy stupid stuff. I avoid that place at all costs.
