Although they have now gotten rid of the change fees at least for a few years.
Had the same thing in DC with American...not the same situation, but my next flight got delayed 3 hours.
The best time to fly was right after that guy got dragged out of the United flight.
In the 6 months after that, I got about $1,500 in vouchers for taking later flights.
