1 took over a veteran team coming off of 3 NCAA tournaments. And did a great job that season. Also got worse each of the next 2 seasons.

The other took over a team that won 27 games over 3 previous seasons. And did a great job that season. Also got worse each of the next 2 seasons.

Both were very underwhelming in their 3rd season.
