Lots of different ways to build a successful program - from Mark Few who started with low level recruits and melded them into a solid team that led to a highly successful program, to Tony Bennett who had success with low level recruits at Washington State before moving to better recruits at U of VA, to John Calipari who recruited one and dones and built a dynasty.

As much as I hoped CM would be successful, he has not shown the ability to successfully recruit and has not shown the ability to develop a team with average talent. His record reflects that and it's probably time to recognize it for what it is.
