arrest. That is an indisputable fact. Floyd was clearly under duress due to his intoxicated condition. He was complaining of breathing difficulty before they arrested him while he was still in his own car. Floyd talked and complained incessantly, indicating that he actually could breath. The officers suspected an opioid drug overdose and called for EMT medical assistance. If you can't see this, you are intentionally obtuse.
