The fact that he complained that he couldn't breathe, said that he was claustrophobic, wanted his momma, and didn't get in the car, resulted in face down and a knee on his neck?
That was certainly "nonviolent resistance" that warranted a medical evaluation, rather than a knee on his neck. The cop probably gets off with involuntary manslaughter...but this country certainly needs to reduce police funding and divert $ to resources that are capable of handling such situations.
