Worried whites won't vote for things that are best for everybody? So people of other colors need to be the majority? Is that your point?
At some point you have to admit some whites did vote to benefit POOCs, in the voting booth, in the legislature, or from the bench, or there would still be Jim Crow laws and segregation. So such a suggestion is dead on its face.
