From what I can tell by the twitter guy....the pull rope of the garage was "mistaken" for a noose..correct? or am I mis-interpreting it.

Now if someone cut the rope and then put it elsewhere in the stall to look like a noose, to be that is the same thing as just putting a noose there....and I would think the act of cutting it would be on film somewhere.

My thought was someone brought in a noose (like hidden under his clothes) and put it somewhere in the stall..that could escape any video proof.
