noose. It's one thing to be skeptical about the claim, but the blame bubba ("uh oh, bubba) as the OP did, has no place w/o any evidence.

I assume that the president of Nascar is educated, most likely a MAGAT, for him to take the step of calling the FBI on the matter, would lead me to believe that perhaps there's something there, there.
