conspiracy theory, with no actual INSIGHT.

If the "noose" end of the pull rope was cut off and put in bubba's bay (or whatever) - was that a message?

Or are these conspiracy theorists suggesting that bubba's crew has walked past the door pull rope for months/years and then just one day decided that it was a noose?
